Brooke has been in the real estate industry for over 18 years. In 2020, she was recognized for being in the top 20% of agents in her office, which was also ranked as one of the top-producing offices in Colorado Springs. In 2025, she was recognized for being in the top 10% of agents in Colorado Springs.  Brooke was selected to be part of an elite group of top agents called Peak Producers.  She was nominated by her peers to be on the board for Peak Producers for 2025.  Additionally, Brooke is also part of the Grievance Committee at the local MLS.  For three years, Brooke shared her expertise by teaching real estate courses, but in 2020, she decided to step away from teaching to dedicate more time and focus to her clients and mentoring agents.

Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Brooke has deep roots in the community. She has been happily married to her husband, Matt, for 31 years. Together, they have four children, two daughters-in-love and four grandchildren. Their family includes Geoff (30) and his wife, Kayla, along with their children Nolan and Oaklynn; JT (28) and his wife, Nyssa, and their children Weston and Aveya; Courtney (25); and Colby (22). Brooke and Matt cherish family time and enjoy taking their Jeep and dogs into the mountains, where they love exploring the outdoors together.

Brooke’s approach to real estate is rooted in her dedication to her clients’ happiness. She lives by the philosophy of the old saying, “If momma ain’t happy, nobody’s happy,” believing that her success is measured by her clients' satisfaction. She works tirelessly to ensure every client feels valued, supported, and confident throughout their real estate journey.
